Twilight Saga New Moon

I finally saw the movie Twilight Saga New Moon and as aspected from the trailer Robert Pattinson alias Edward Cullen is present about 10% from the entire movie, a little at the beginning, a little at the end and in the so called visions/appearances that Kristen alias Bella has of him…

I haven’t read the book but i can say that after i saw the first part i said to myself that the movie was perfect as it was and any continuance will be made out of pure commercial reasons.

I can’t say i didn’t liked it but i can say it didn’t come near the first part and how much had impressed me. The reason for which Edward decided to leave Bella alone is silly, the fact that he leaves her alone when he knows that Victoria will came after her is disgraceful, the suffering never ends, Jacobs’s reaction is redundant and so one, there are many things that didn’t fit in this beautiful romance…

And the ending made me say “what is this? is this another episode of a soup opera that i watch every week? ” i mean, come on, whit this kind of popularity it really didn’t had to end like that, to leave you in suspense till the appearance of the next part… and, again, after he leaves her and finally they get back together he ask her to marry him?… it was really not on the same page with the first part at all.

  1. You are right! We agree it did not match the first part. And that ending was totally soap opera.

The expectations left by the first movie were not realized in New Moon. While we wanted to like it, there was not enough of anything there. 60 minutes of entertainment crammed into 2 hours and 10 minutes.

Here is our take with lots of pics and a little wit if you are interested:
